BLEEPING COMPUTER is a great site. If you are having issues with your PC (or MAC) you can often find the answer on this site. There are computer pros who will help you, and it is a free service. YOU have to do a lot of the work yourself. They will tell you what to do, even to run certain programs which generate files which you then email to them. They can often find the problem that way and tell you what steps, and in which order, to take.
