BLENDING OF PETROL: That the government wanted to introduce blended fuel, I understand. What I fail to understand is why introducing COMPULSORY BLENDING after realizing that the CONSUMERS DON’T WANT IT. IS THE GOVERNMENT NOT TRYING TO PROVOKE PEOPLE? (MARAMBAKUTYA). Surely, good leaders must listen, stop and wonder if their ship is on the right course? It is fundamentally important that we understand this. Do we blame the people or do we blame the LEADERS? Do we ask how THEY are so DISCONNECTED FROM THE PEOPLE ... Theyve got to build self-belief. Theyve got to get back the people. THE CURRENT LEADERSHIP MAY CHOOSE TO IGNORE ALL THESE VOICES. There are voices, however, they cannot ignore. These are the voices of the young people who, every day now, rise up against the leaders in places. Civil unrest is growing. Unemployment is rampant. Dissatisfaction is on the rise. LEADERS WHO DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE VOICES HAVE ONLY THEMSELVES TO BLAME WHEN THE ZIMBABWEAN DREAM EXPLODES.
