BLESSED ASSURANCE! JESUS IS MINE! What could be more absolute? More worthy to proclaim? It is wondrous for me on this blessed Lords day to bring you so much better news than last 2 weeks ago on Saturday & Sunday....My little Sis had a 2nd chemo treatment this week, although weak, she is not in the near coma-like state in which I saw her last go round. She does feel miserable but we will take that. As long as she can sleep comfortably at night AND off & on thru the day; as long as she is able to slowly manuever her way thru the house & to the restroom; as long as she can sit up in her chair; as long she is able to ask for & eat 3 small meals & maintain her required fluid intake--PRAISE THE LORD, We will accept that! I am not sitting here this morning weeping tears of from a broken heart (although we still have miles ahead of us), I am weeping tears of joy that she is showing signs of accepting treatment much better; Thus another positive, most awesome work of our Lord! I have one thing to stress to each of you: DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING GOD SUPPLIES TO YOU FOR GRANTED! Count each of them as a blessing--a gift you might say--something he gives to you freely, however undeserving, because HE LOVES YOU! Of this, we have BLESSED ASSURANCE! Have a grand Lords day as you gather with family & friends to worship & praise our Blessed & Almighty God! Please continue prayers for my dear Little Sis! Love to All!
