BLIND SENIOR ALERT... URGENT HELP NEEDED .... RESCUE/FOSTER/ADOPT... THE DELMARVA OWNER IS TERMINALLY ILL -- BATTLING CANCER AND NOW HOSPITALIZED... NEED FOSTER/FUREVER HOMES IN THE LOWER EASTER SHORE OF DELAWARE, MARYLAND OR VIRGINIA FOR A BLIND MIX-BREED SENIOR OF RIPE OLD AGE OF 14, AND AN [UN]BONDED 9-YEAR OLD BLACK LAB FEMALE. BOTH NEED NEW HOMES/SANCTUARY ASAP. I do not have their photos and will add as soon as they become available. The dogs are located in the Westover/Marion, MD, area. Both dogs are housebroken and spayed/neutered. The Lab does not like other dogs including the senior housemate. Therefore, two separate homes will be ideal for them where each can be the only dog. Right now Jack Mills, President, Somerset County Humane Society goes to the house twice a day, and feeds them and lets them out. However, a long-term solution is urgently needed.
