BLOG TRIP 31ST JULY - 9TH AUGUST An amazing trip. Not only for the incredible waves we scored but the legendry crew that came aboard making it one of the best trips of the year. It was a slow building swell and came little late so it had us a little worried but sure enough it finally came through and some memorable sessions went down. Al Wilson aka Papa Al from caves beach was inspiring, 65 yrs old and not only taking on the palm but taking it on with style, steezing his way down the line on some freight trains. The boys were ruling the palm looking like they been surfing it for years pulling in to some screamers and although paying the price on a couple you have to pay to play! Also had a bit of variety also surfing some other fun little lefts and rights which the older boys were frothing on. Every night was spent sinking tins in laughter, thanks heaps boys for the mad times.
