So here it is! 3x20 squat abduction combo ssw 15 power lunges per leg 3x15 leg ext ssw 8 single leg ext 3x15 leg curls ssw 8 single leg ext ssw 20 pulse lunges on each leg 3x15 squats in the squat rack with bar (still learning proper form before adding weight) 4x30 seated weighted calf raises DROP SET 3 x : 10 HEAVY decline leg press ssw 10 jump squat (Really focus on HIGH vertical) 15 MEDIUM weight decline leg press ssw 15 jump squat 40 SUPER LIGHT weight decline leg press ssw 20 jump squat GLUTE CIRCUIT (20 seconds each exercise, do circuit all the way through on ONE leg then do the next leg) (if this is confusing I can film this in a vlog!) Donkey kicks Stiff leg kick backs Knee to shoulder touch Fire hydrants (laying on your side) Leg abductions with toe pointing to the ground Hearts (laying on side and drawing hearts with your toe pointed..make hearts VERY large) Knee to chest (while lying on side, shoot knee to chest and shoot back out) Mini circles (with pointed toe, draw mini circles in one direction for 10 sec then switch directions for the last 10 sec) youtube/watch?v=OMJchJaNdBM
