A man reported he found a damaged scooter in bushes behind a building. 8:50 a.m. Wednesday, Grant County Jail, 214 E. Fourth St., Kathleen Culver, 29, last known address 908 W. 54th St., arrested, false informing and on warrant, possession of a controlled substance, failure to pay fines and fugitive from justice. She was being held Thursday at the Grant County Jail without bond. 10:22 a.m. Wednesday, 2400 block of South Nebraska Street, criminal mischief. A man suspects his ex-wife damaged his vehicle overnight. 12:56 p.m. Wednesday, Marion Police Department, 301 S. Branson St., report of theft of items from house. 2:50 p.m. Wednesday, 1500 block of South Miller Avenue, theft of bicycles from porch area. 2:58 p.m. Wednesday, 400 block of West Third Street, investigation and resisting law enforcement. A person running from police custody after being found guilty in Wabash County for child molesting was located in the rear entrance to Marion Public Library and was apprehended by canine Geronimo. 7:33 p.m. Wednesday, Wal-Mart, 3240 S. Western Ave., Raymeshia Aquaniece McFadden, 19, last known address 1608 S. Boots St., arrested, theft; and Devon Brown, 18, last known address 1100 S. Baldwin Ave., lot 16, arrested, theft. They both were being held Thursday in the Grant County Jail on $605 bond. A 15-year-old girl and a 17-year-old girl also were arrested and charge with theft. 8:02 p.m. Wednesday, Meijer, 3820 S. Western Ave., theft of two bicycles. 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, 1800 block of South Selby Street, burglary of residence and theft of furnace, kitchen sink and other items. The house was being repaired.
