BLT was intense today. I took it up to Level 3 with the ladies. Two exercises that work wonders for the buns, legs and tummy. The first exercise is a leg lift into a lunge. This exercise requires you to lift one leg, isolating the other leg while working the hamstrings. Then you come back into a lunge, which works the quads and glutes. You will use your core for stability. Do 3x15 on each leg The second workout is a half Burpee into a squat. Kick your legs back, jump back into a squat and stay low.
