BNA received the following information from a resident in the 3100 block of Burgundy: Sunday Night / Early Monday morning - May 26th - @ 12:30 AM, the person in the picture stole items from 2 homes (that I have video of) in the 3100 block of Burgundy. Her criminal behavior pattern is - She blends in with the area, calmly staying in front of homes she is stealing from, sitting on their porch at times and going about her business of being a thief. She calmly stole plants in front of 1 home, calmly picking out what she wanted and putting in her bike basket while other people walked by her without noticing her actions. She then crossed the street to steal lights from another home. What is troubling is not the minor value of what was stolen from the 2 homes but the calm displayed while doing this.
