BONDSWELL – Social Media Internship We’re immediately hiring an intern for our paid social media internship! Where: Remote Deadline: ASAP Approx Hours: 3 hours per week Our Summer Internship Program runs from July 1, 2014 - September 1, 2014. If you’re looking to break into the world of advertising copywriting, online editorial writing/blogging or social media, this internship will provide you the mentoring, experience, and portfolio samples you need when you apply for jobs. You’ll work offsite (from your own home or wherever you please) on a variety of projects, and we can establish a flexible schedule that works for you. What you’ll do: Implement the Company’s Social Media Strategy Develop brand awareness Generate inbound traffic and cultivate leads Write and proofread blog posts Write copy for digital ads Daily posts/tweets to all applicable social media outlets including Facebook and Twitter Pin stuff on Pinterest boards Track social media influence measurements Learn how to format and explain your work to internal teams and clients Attend mentorship sessions Communicate frequently by email, phone, Google Hangout, Skype and/or AIM About you: You are talented at something - ie., fashion, sports, etc. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills You have expert knowledge of social networking channels You can prioritize and handle a variety of assignments simultaneously You are eager to learn new things and work in a team environment You’re a college freshman, sophomore, junior or senior You’re available approximately 3 hours per week You can self manage while working on your own You have a reliable computer and Internet connection You have great attention to detail If you’d like to apply, please include a brief cover letter; resume of relevant school, work and life experience; and why you’re right for this position.
