Included are accounts of the Battle of Point Pleasant (one by Jesse Van Bibber, a participant) and a contemporary account of Col John Stuart of the murder of Cornstalk; the escape of Fleming Combs from Shawnees on the Ohio River; and the second attack by Shawnees on Point Pleasant in 1778 and on Donally’s Fort.
