BOOM: Straight from an old school cop!!!! I was a police officer in the 60s, 70;s down town as well as suburban areas. I never saw anything like this. i always thought I was working for the guy in the truck. Getting advise from a citizen as to the mental health of someone we were dealing with seems to me to be valuable. Fortunatly i never had to work with people like these two in uniform. They are obviously not trained police officers. more like members of a gestapo unit. shameful.
