Centrally located: less than 15 min to Columbia Heights, 20 min to Chinatown, 10 min to dt Bethesda, 4 min to 495 entrance, 5 min to my studio, 10 min walk to the metro, 5-10 min walk to downtown. A $20 cab ride from midtown on those drunken, steamy nights. Heavy weights and bench, large dance practice area, washer/dryer, gas stove (as it should be), central heat/ac, balcony, parking lot, ceiling level mirrors for dance practice, all bamboo wood floors throughout the house, you name it.
