BOOST MEMORY AND CONCENTRATION (No 11) Relaxation and breathing practices all help us to focus our mind, gain clarity and improve memory - worrying that you are forgetting things is not going to help at all. Im sure youll agree that its difficult to think straight when feeling stressed and anxious, we get brain fog! My favourites are alternate nostril breathing (nadi shodhana) to bring balance to mind, body and soul. Kappalbhati breathing (which weve been practicing in some classes these last few weeks) to clear the mind and bring clarity and lying in crocodile pose (makarasana) to bring about peace and calm, quelling any anxieties.
