BOOTCAMP tomorrow... 6a, 8:30a & 4:30p. The workout is themed after the National Championship game Monday night (football for those that dont follow sports). Here is a little preview of what to expect from our 4 quarter workout... 1st quarter- gotta WARM-UP to make sure you dont pull a muscle in the big game 2nd quarter- working on getting STRONG to block those defenders chasing after the quarterback 3rd quarter- gotta be FAST to get to the ball on defense 4th quarter- all about having the ENDURANCE to give it your best all 4 quarters
