BOOTCAMPERS OF THE MONTH for March goes to Mary Montgomery (6am), Fiona Ni Fhearraigh (7am), Leanne Sheridan (7pm) and Sara-louise Rankin (8pm)!! YAY! Well done girlies! You were voted by the girls you train with in your group! We choose the girls based on not only attendance and consistency but also determination and drive during each session. These girls push themselves to the absolute limits every session. They are constantly striving to better their nutrition and lifestyle changes week after week and are always full of questions, wanting to learn more which I LOVE!! They continue their healthy lifestyle outside of the studio This month you all get a pair of nikes (eeeeeek) make up by the lovely Aoibheann at Glow N Go as well as nails by the fabulous Judy Hannon at Queen Bee Brow and Nail Bar!! Fantastic work and results girls, hard work pays off again and again and again Pick up your pretty new trainers of me tomorrow ❤️ thanks to Rachael McGettigan for helping me sneak around to figure out the girls shoe sizes hahaha x
