#BOOTYBUILDING GLUTE KICK BACK This is currently my favourite excercise for glutes. It is perfect if you want to isolate the glute muscle without really working the rest of your leg muscles. Unlike squats which build a lot of quads, using isolation exercises like this can create a better ratio of leg to glutes and making your glutes... Stand out more. At the moment I do 10 reps straight kick back , 10 reps cross kick back to the right and left to target the whole glute = rounder. In total its 30 reps / 5 sets per leg. For beginner you can start without weight and once you build strength keep adding weight on a pully system as above. Enjoy! #glutes #betterthansquats #isolation
