BOSTON BOUND: For those of you following my Boston Bound program, you should have finished your final 20-miler today, and its time to taper. For those more used to the 3-week taper from my other programs, those individuals who have BQs are usually more--ummmm--accomplished than the rest of us. BQ People can achieve success with a 2-week-plus-1-day taper. Everyone needs to select the training program that offers them the best fit.
