BOURNEMOUTH NATURALLY PHOTOGRAPHIC COMPETITION! To celebrate the wildlife on our doorsteps, Bournemouth Naturally is hosting a photo competition! We are looking for any photos of wildlife, flora or landscapes taken this year within the Bournemouth Borough boundary. The competition is open to EVERYONE and there are two age groups to encourage children to participate: CATEGORY 1 is for under 16’s; CATEGORY 2 for 16 or over. We will award prizes for Best Flora, Best Fauna and Best Landscape in both categories. Spread the word by telling your friends and family! Judging will be led by Martin Western, a recognised national and international photographic judge. Competition prizes will be announced in the following months. Awards will be announced at the December Bournemouth Naturally drop-in session on Wednesday 4th December at 2.00pm. Entries can be submitted by email, or posted/handed directly to the BNSS building on stiffened (but NOT mounted) paper. Entry size to be no smaller than a postcard and no larger than A3 (smallest 148 x 105mm, largest 420 x 297mm). Please clearly state your name, age (if under 16), full address, contact telephone number and detail of where the picture was taken in your email or on the reverse of the photo.
