BOWLERS LUNGE Happy Friday! I thought Id post my move so you will definitely have enough time today to give it a try! Im using my #piyo Strength Slides, but you can do it without - just step back instead of slide...or use paper plates. This is great for legs and core. ✔️ Keep weight in the heel of the leg that isnt sliding back ✔️ Slide leg behind you and to the side ✔️ Keep core tight ✔️ Move arms in a natural running motion Do 3 sets on each leg for 30 seconds. Dont forget to TAG or SHARE with someone who needs this move too! #dailypush
