Instructions Not Included - $5.7 million 5. Battle of the Year - $5 million Prisoners was the number-one movie at the weekend box office. The Hugh Jackman drama earned $21.4 million in its debut. Insidious: Chapter 2 slipped from first to second with $14.5 million. The Family also dropped one slot, landing in third with $7 million. The Spanish-language Instructions Not Included climbed from sixth to fourth with $5.7 million. And the dance flick Battle of the Year opened in fifth in $5 million.
