BOXERCISE NEXT THURSDAY EVENING!!! Guys, due to a request from all attendees on Thursday night, next weeks session will be a Boxercise class. If you have not done thus before it is really good workout. and more importantly, its FUN. Its all about the fitness not boxing. I am sure the ladies I have worked with before will testify! When I was at the Core in Falmouth I had classes full of ladies week after week, likewise when I used to have classes here at SJs. I have a limited number of pads and gloves (22) so therefore this is how many spaces I have available, so you MUST book. So far I have 17 spaces filled with the following people: Jade Young, Rozzy Smith, Kelly Semmens, Karen Mallett, Trevor Cornish, Julianna Evans, Nicky Bray, Emma Cheney, Natisha Williams, Megan Betts, Martha Hulme, Carly Pryor, Penny Edwards, Neil Williams, Carly Evans, Helen Harvey, and Dawn Thompson.
