BR on our team formation last week: “Ideally, my teams don’t play with two defensive midfield players. It was just for that game. Each game I look at differently. When you look at last weeks game, it showed the great adaptability of the players. We changed the system three times. We started 4-2-3-1 and then at 1-1, when we started to lose some of our control, we stuck Joe Allen on and were able to regain control of the game. We went 4-3-3 and then with 15 minutes to go to try to win the game we went to a diamond and we got the result. Systems can change but the key for us is to retain our positivity and know we are always in with a chance of winning.”
