BRAIN DAMAGING HABITS.... I found dz somewhere & thought it good to share... It can help us in many little ways... #ENJOY# 1. NO BREAKFAST: People who do not take breakfast are going to have lower blood sugar leavel. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to da brain,causing degeneration. 2. OVEREATING: Overeating causes a hardening of da brain arteries,leading to a decrease in mental power. 3. SMOKING: Dz causes multiple brain shrinkage & may lead to Alzheimer disease. 4. HIGH SUGAR CONSUMPTION: Too much sugar will interrupt the absorbtion of proteins & nutrients causing malnutrition & may interfere with brain development. 5. AIR POLLUTION: Da brain is da largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases da supply of oxygen to da brain,bringing abt a decrease in brain efficiency. 6. SLEEP DEPRIVATION: Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term deprivation frm sleep will accelerate da death of brain cells. 7. HEAD COVERED WHILE SLEEPING: Sleeping with da head covered increases da concentratn of carbondioxide & decreases concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effect. 8. WORKING UR BRAIN WHEN ILL: Working hard or studying wt sickness may lead to a decrease in da effectiveness of da brain as well as damage da brain. 9. LACKING IN STIMULATING THOUGHTS: Thinking is da best way to train our brain. Lack in thoughts that will stimulate da brain may lead to brain shrinkage. 10: TALKING RARELY: Intellectual conversation will promote da efficiency of da brain!
