BRAZIL RUN-OFF ++++++++++++++++ Incumbent Dilma Rousseff wins most votes in Brazils presidential election ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Brazilians voted with President Dilma Rousseff expected to win the first round but headed for a likely runoff against one of two challengers promising very different brands of change. With almost 90% of the vote counted, she has 41% and is set to face a run-off against centrist Aecio Neves (35%). Environmentalist Marina Silva is predicted to finish in the third place with 22%. Turnout was 80%. Brazils voting system is all electronic and is likely to deliver complete official results shortly. More than 142 million people took part in the polls, following a dramatic election campaign. During Ms Rousseffs tenure as president, unemployment has been lower than under any of her predecessors, at about 5%. The minimum wage has risen and the number of undernourished Brazilians has been falling.
