BRCA 4wd Regional Colchester Pleased to say my 4th regional win in a row at Colchester today. TM4 ran faultless with a TQ in the first round of qualifying, a third in round 2 with a silly mistake dropping me to last and having to climb back up the order, a second in round 3 and the 4th round being rain affected. So second on the grid behind Steve Biscoes TM4 for the three legged finals. Rubbish start to leg one with an early mistake dropping down the field and eventually having an excellent race for second with Mick Spindley, eventually finishing third. Leg two with a much better start and pushing Steve round trying to find a way past but Steve eventually retiring with a problem so going on to take the leg. Third leg and both me and Steve being sent flying on the first corner, eventually recovering to third with this being enough for the overall win. With one round to go of the championship I cant be caught so the 4wd East of England regional title is mine.
