BREADALICIOUS SUPER DUPER RECIPE: For the best nourishing content - use organic or even better the beyond organic farming practicing of BIODYNAMIC and Demeter certified TURN ON OVEN 175 degrees Celsius MIX WELL IN A BOWL: 200 ml ROLLES OATS 200 ml wholegrain RYE FLOUR 200 ml WHEAT FLOUR unbleached (whole grain or "white" as you wish - today I use white to "soften up the flavours" to be a little gentler for the little Dude´s taste buds...) 100 ml wheat germs (optional - today I left it out) 3 teaspoons BAKING POWDER (aluminium free) (or 1.5 teaspoons of baking soda) 1/2 teaspoon salt ADD TO DRY INGREDIENTS: 300 ml natural yoghurt 100 ml milk 50 ml honey (in Australia we don´t have the Swedish "fil" only thicker yoghurts, hence I add a little milk...) MIX WELL WITH A LARGE WOODEN SPOON or similar Put into baking paper covered bread form - put in the bottom of your oven for about 1 hour - when a knife comes out not sticky it is most likely ready Let cool down well, preferably over night in a clean towel - EAT AND BE HAPPY! Be experimental - add Walnuts - add crushed Flaxseeds - add raisins - and whatever else you can imagine. This is a rather sweet flavoured bread - which is why most kids actually likes it! My little Dude eats it with butter and cheese and is happy and he normally dislikes my home made yeast breads as they are too "sour" in his view....
