BREAKING NBA HEAD COACHING NEWS: The Celtics have reached agreement to hired Brad Stevens as there new head coach. According to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports, Brad Stevens will sign a 6-year, $22 million dollar contract. Stevens was previously the Head Coach for Butler University for the past 6 years. Stevens lead Butler to back to back appearances in the NCAA championship game in 2010 vs Duke and 2011 against Connecticut. Celtics President of Basketball operations Danny Ainge thoughts on hiring Stevens as new head coach of Celtics---- "Brad and I share a lot of the same values," Ainge thoughts----"Though he is young, I see Brad as a great leader who leads with impeccable character and a strong work ethic. His teams always play hard and execute on both ends of the court. Brad is a coach who has already enjoyed lots of success, and I look forward to working with him towards Banner 18."
