BREAKING NEWS: A North Star Charter teacher duct tapes a students mouth as a consequence. Administrators at the Eagle school say they have looked into the matter. The 5th grade teacher still has her job. She has issued an apology letter to parents. In it she says, I realize I have made the worst mistake of my teaching career.
