BREAKING NEWS ALERT: El Paso County Sheriffs office is searching for 2 missing children in east central Black Forest. This is in the area of the 11500 block of Windmill Road. The first child is a 10-year-old male 5 foot tall, weighing 70 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a bright yellow jacket. The second child is a 13-year-old female, 5 foot seven inches tall, weighing 90 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a purple jacket and white nightgown. If you see these two children or have further information, please call 911 immediately. A Sheriffs office spokesperson says the children left a note for the mother that they were playing outside and when the mother returned home from a brief outing they were gone. We are working to get pictures of the children and as soon as we get them we will let you know.
