BREAKING NEWS: Kidnapped Lynn Haven baby returned by father and Panama City Attorney Gerard Virga, – to the Bay County Jail – COUNTY PRESS EXCLUSIVE Shortly after 9:30pm Tuesday evening the father and Attorney Gerard Virga walked into the Bay County Jail, Attorney Virga holding the 17 month old baby. Father of the child, Jay Cale Weeks, has been accused of Custodial Interference, kidnapping his own baby by Lynn Haven Police Department. Also with Attorney Gerard Virga of Panama City, was bail bondsman Mr. Jobie Barfield. After being booked in at the jail, Mr. Weeks made bond and was released.
