BREAKING NEWS, LUSAKA HIGH COURT DECLARES EDGAR LUNGU AS PF PRESIDENT The Lusaka High Court has declared that Hon. Edgar Chagwa Lungu was duly elected by the Extra-ordinary General Conference which was held in Kabwe over the weekend. Upon hearing the matter Judge Mugeni Mulenga ruled that Lungu was duly elected as PF President. The court also prohibited any defendants whether by themselves or there agents,candidates,superiors, or subordinates be restrained in perpetuity from purporting to have been elected as Party President, other than Hon. Edgar Chagwa Lungu. The Court heard from new Secretary General Davies Chama who instructed his lawyers, Messrs Mosha and Company to enter into a consent Judgement.
