BREAKING NEWS!!! MUTHARIKA CANCELS TRIP TO SAVE MONEY Malawi President His Excellency Prof. Arthur Peter Mutharika has cancelled his maiden international trip to attend the African Union Summit that was slated for the 26th to the 27th of this month in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea. This, according to Mutharikas office is due to the current economic situation that the country is going through. President Mutharika was voted in as Malawis President over three weeks ago and has so far never made any international trip that eats too much into the countrys coffers. So far, he has spent the 3 weeks in office managing the countrys affairs from there.
