BREAKING NEWS:Man stubbed to death over "pay as you dump" policy in Kumasi. A reliable information gathered says a Man believed to be in his thirties has been stabbed in throat to death at Kwadaso "Boola Kesiem" a suburb of Kumasi when two guys at the ages of twenties and thirties were fighting over who is mandated to collect refuse fee on a certain refuse dump in the area. According to the report, the said incident occurred at early hours on Saturday morning July 6, 2013 about 9am. Locals say they heard them exchanging utterances at the top of their voice when one got infuriated and stubbed the other in the throat with a pair of scissors he had in his possession and was left bleeding excessively through his throat resulted his death after 10 minutes. Police have taken the body to Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital for autopsy which is definitely going to assist them in their investigations. More soon..............
