BREAKING NEWS! SHAMEFUL EMPOWERMENT IN IMO, AS HON EMEKA IHEDIOHA EMPOWERED IMO GRADUATES WITH CLIPPERS! Sensing Presaged or prior to the youth empowerment programme which took place at villa Maria some months back. I personally criticized the conjuring empowerment tagged IMO YOUTH EMPOWERMENT PROGRAMME by a Man full of deceit and treacherous. Some trenches of Imolites, perhaps political apostasies were beclouded by the euphorial razzmatazz and publicity surrounding the programme. I fought hard to know how Ndimo will be empowered by a self political hegemony without any skimble-skamble arising from it just like the political initiator himself. I was skeptical about the so called political empowerment by Ihedioha knowing fully well about its aims and objectives. However, i met one Mr Akolam, coincidentally at a barbing saloon plaza, precisely at Orji Owerri North LGA, lamenting and brandishing furiously about his level of condition cum retardation after being empowered with a mere CLIPPER by Hon Emeka Ihedioha. Ladies and gentlemen, brethren, devoid of politicking, devoid of gimmicks, the condition and situation upon which I saw Mr Ogbu Akolam after his extensive explanation to me nearly moved me to tears. Hear him speak: ----------When Ihedioha told the whole world via some media outfits in Owerri, that he wants to empower imolites, thus when my name was captured on the programme via my uncle, i thought that my entire life or condition will change automatically for good. But I was dazed when they gave me a BARBING CLIPPER as my empowerment benefit. This clipper empowerment given to me by Emeka Ihedioha has not in any way changed my condition. I graduated from IMO State University, Owerri, how can you give me a clipper, just a common clipper, and you went and broadcast to the whole world that you have empowered me to become an independent person. No shop for me to operate, no barbing training for us the beneficiaries, no barbing equipments such as generators and other apparatus for me and other beneficiaries to operate with, there was no formal training before and after the programme. The only thing that I benefitted from the empowerment is this clipper of about 4,000, which am only using for barbing of my head. I contemplated selling it but on a second thought I had to keep it. At that juncture, he nearly cried. He deposited further--- the unfortunate aspect of it all is the fact that the total money I spent on the cause of the empowerment brouhaha, measured above the cost of this clipper that he gave to me-----i almost cried sensing chill down my spin. I pondered a while, dilly-dallied and shilly-shallied on this voluntary wacky deceit by a politician who is supposed to be a role model to IMO youths. But regrettably, some of our youths perhaps because of some quango benefits which they are receiving from the DISHONOURABLE member has decided to stick to a corrupt politician. Honestly speaking, such a wicked suppression should be highly condemned by well meaning Imolites. It is cockamamy, crass, prestidigitation and abysmally wrong for Hon. Ihedioha to do what he did with the youths of IMO State, forgetting that there must be avenue for a pay back. It could be recalled that Hon Emeka Ihedioha some months back bamboozled IMO people with a lot of media dramatization, using every available channels to broadcast and hoodwink Ndimo on how he will empower them. However, may i use this opportunity to acquaint to us that the money in question is a Federal government fund in partnership with the IMO state government, tagged NATIONAL DIRECTORATE OF EMPLOYMENT that worth 500 million naira. Hon Emeka Ihedioha went and accessed the money via the presidency, at the detriment of the government of IMO State. The political notion was that the Governor of IMO State do not enjoy good relationship with Mr president, hence Ihedioha had to conjoined with some forces at the presidency and cornered that money. Information even had it that Hon Emeka Ihedioha cornered about 85% of the fund for his personal use, and brought out 15% for the more you look the less you see programme. What a rip off! Permit me to make it apodeictic certained that Hon Ihedioha is very misanthropical to an average Imolites, because of his precluding attitude towards the growths of IMO youths, having been monopolizing everything that are meant for IMO state youths over the years. We the youths must teach him some political lessons come 2015 general election. Therefore, may I urge IMO youths to rise up and stop this vandalic and inhuman dictatorship by overzealous Ihedioha before it will be too late. Already, the youths are ganging up against him everyday and any attempt or mistake by the PDP to entrust their ticket on him based on the dwindling fortune of the Party in IMO state shall boomerang heavily via a mass protest with our votes.
