BREAKING NEWS... STAFF OF MINISTRY OF LANDS,SURVEY and URBAN PLANNING REWARDED it was fun-fare and celebration today at Ministry of Land, Uurvey and Urban planning as the commissioner, the permanent secretary,the directors, staff and friends of the ministry had their end of the yeah party. The event took place at the Ministrys Car Park. The event featured gift giving, dancing competition and other side attractions. Highlight of the event was presentation of the brand new car gift to the best staff of the year. Hon. UCHE NWOSU In his wisdom does not play with staff welfare. That is why he can go to any length in other to ensure that the staff of the ministry are properly taken care off. According to him,a staff that is both physically and psychologically stable can only give his or her best and the summation of all the bests of the staff will yield a positive result. Speaking further, hon UCHE NWOSU made it public that left alone, he can not be able to achieve all he has recorded in the ministry including the parastatals to the ministry without the dedication a d support of the staff. In other to get their best,he always encourage them to be dedicated to service by appreciating those that are working hard with breath taking gifts thus challenging others to sit up. With his little crisp leadership creativities, sacrifice and concepts, chief UCHE nwosu has demonstrated that leadership is all about serving the people and not amassing wealth for selfish use. Interviewing staff from other ministries showed that they all long to be transfered to ministry of lands,the survey and urban planning. In her speech,the winner of the best staff award (car) couldnt hold back her tears as she wondered of she was dreaming. She thanked almighty God for the blessing of a car gift and also thanked the commissioner for the opportunity and recognition of the efforts. Speaking further, she said that while leaving her house this morning, she never believed that she will be a CAR OWNER today. Other prizes won were giant refrigirators and cash.
