BREAKING NEWS: THE U.S. EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY COMMISSION (EEOC) RULES IN FAVOR OF BRIAN IMES ON LANDMARK DISCRIMINATION CASE AGAINST 7-11!! The commissions ruling was based on the episode 7-11 Terminated Me for Being Gay and a 27-page report, which included undercover audio tapes of blatant gay discrimination against Brian Imes by 7-11 employees and executives. The EEOC cited SIX charges in the report against the multi-billion dollar franchise, including the violation of a 1967 civil rights statute. In October, Ill be doing a follow-up episode with Mr. Imes and his partner, John Barker, to discuss the ruling and what it means for members of the LGBTQ community going forward.
