BREAKING NEWS: The Court has ruled against the Socialist Democrats and Obama today citing that it is illegal for the Government to provide tax subsidies to people to buy a private insurance. This kills Obamacare and its entire financial model as if the government does not buy private insurance for people, then model does not work. However, the White House just stated that the Obama government will appeal over the next 2-5 years and that it will continue to use taxpayer monies to buy private health insurance for people, (including for illegals). So it does not matter what the courts keep telling Obama who not have ruled against him 14 times, Obama is ignoring the courts and doing what he wants to. Congress is not stopping this at all. So we really do not have the Rule of Law today. The court cannot force Obama to follow the law. The Executive Branch enforces the law, but Obama is the Executive Branch.
