BREAKING NEWS: The Jackson County Circuit Court upholds the Medford City Councils decision to revoke the business license of Mary Janes Attic/Basement. The court supports the councils conclusion that the business owners engaged in unlawful activity by distributing marijuana in a way that violates state law. The court also found that even if the business owners activities were legal under state law, the dispensary law is unenforceable because it is preempted by the supremacy clause of the United States constitution.
