BREAKING NEWS UPDATE from Ohio News and Weather - News Release PLEASE SHARE -- TOLEDO WATER CRISIS SITUATION Our coverage of the water crisis in Toledo continues... Notes: - State of Emergency Remains in effect for Lucas, Wood, and Fulton Counties until further notice - The Dont drink it, Dont boil it Advisory for the crisis continues The Mayor of Toledo has announced no results until 1:00am or after, which we will not be able to bring you. That will come early tomorrow morning. I know these result times are constantly changed, but we stress that they want good data. Mayor remains calm according to a meteorologist at WTOL, however, mayor did not give out any numbers. Water distribution has ended at most locations tonight, and will resume tomorrow at 8am. Price gouging and wars continue for some locations (although hopefully most have seen where FREE water is being given), and we can not stress enough to report it to Ohio Attorney General as soon as possible. The weather is not helping much in aiding the recovery (or lack there of due to lack of test data results). Algae bloom more present today on satellite than recent days. - WTOL We can tell you that Toledos tests from Friday showed the toxin was at 3 parts per billion...and at 1 part per billion, that means no drinking of the water is recommended. - WTOL PLEASE continue to keep Toledo in your thoughts as they deal with a stressful situation.
