BREAKING “Personal” NEWS! When I was a rookie reporter in Mobile, Alabama, I never imagined I would have the opportunity to work in Seattle, Washington; especially as the evening anchor! The experiences at KIRO 7 the last 5 ½ years have been surprising, amazing, and life changing. Now, I am ready to move on to my next adventure! At the end of the year, I will step away from TV News to pursue my passion for writing. It will also give me the opportunity to spend more time with my two young daughters. I am so grateful for the opportunities that I have been afforded at KIRO 7. I will miss my co-workers and the experience of connecting with many of you. Stay tuned! You may see me pop up on KIRO 7 for future projects. Also, I will stay in touch on social platforms and hopefully make some big “behind the scenes” moves in the years to come.
