BREAKING Student activists in Sudan were released on Friday, following protests and international appeals to Sudanese authorities for immediate release. The three activists were detained without charge in May by the National Intelligence and Security Service following a peaceful hunger strike. One of the activists, Mohamed Salah, is the brother of Walaa Salah, a young woman activist who participated in the Sister to Sister Mentorship Program at the Nobel Womens Initiative in 2012.
