BREAKING: the Obama Administration finally gets something right. They will deny a visa to Iran’s new UN Ambassador, a former hostage captor. Even so, they announced this decision only after Congress almost unanimously passed a law requiring them to deny the visa. I cannot imagine that any such law would have been necessary under any previous Administration, Republican or Democratic. Still, never let it be said that I dont give even this awful Administration credit when they do something right -- that is, as long as I dont learn later that they did it for the wrong reasons (e.g. because Congress left them no choice anyway).
