(Many doctors now believe lack of oxygen in the cells is a root cause of cancer) Learning how to enhance your breathing can help with various health challenges and medical conditions such as anxiety, asthma, depression, chronic fatigue/fibromyalgia, poor digestion, high blood pressure, panic attacks, muscle tension, and attention deficit disorder.
