BREATHE! Although this tip sounds simple, its often neglected. During your routines, make sure youre breathing all the way through the movement. A lot of people cut their reps short, not always because the weight is too much, but because they cant control their breathing and supplying a consistent source of oxygen throughout the body. Plus, like us SwollSquad folks, we lift heavy ass weight, so if you neglect proper breathing, you may risk passing or blacking out. BREATHHEEEE!!!
