BRENDAN RODGERS, A FLASH IN THE PAN =from being dubbed the next shankley to reintroduce to us the glooming and dooming era of roy hodgson,brendan is running out of his depth....from tittle contendors,to top four contendors,to possibly relegation battlers(god forbid)...this is fall from sublime levels to ridiculous ones..... =tacticaly naive, defencively poor, the guy is clearly found wanting....add to it some peculiar decisions ,alot what goes wrong with liverpool now is brendans own making. people kept pointing out at gelling time,its his 18th game of the season and if anything,things r going from bad to worse.its no longer just a temporary run of bad results, we are now flirting with unthinkable crisis,laying just four points above relegation.things cudnt be worse.what making it worrisome is that we cnt blame bad luck or poor referring,its our performance that leaves a lot to be desired. things are coming to a head here ..on paper we r still in with a shout in all three competitions..but realisticly the tittle is alreaady out of our reach,,,top four finish is drifting off into the horizon....any glimmer of hopes to qualify from ucl groups stage are hanging on a thread...our best prospect looks like a league cup.....and the way things are,i wudnt put it past bournamth to just sweep us aside the rest of this year is shaping up to be the most crucial period in liverpools recent history..when new year dawns,our season may be effectively over with fa cup the only trophy to fight for....and if the present pattern of performance doesnt change,we cud be in unthinkable position of fighting for our epl stay,,we r just this bad...we are easy target even for blunt shooters...every team relishes the prospect of playing us...what we r showing now are performance that even roy hodgsons team cud comfortably beat. losing two key players of last season shudnt translate into this mortal danger we face now,,,,we splurged the best part of 125mln pound on what now looking like collosal waste of money......couple this with the fact that brendan cnt squeeze the best out of what he has....alot of players who were good elsewhere or before br came have been made to look bad under him...running the gamut from lucas agger sakho skrtel lallana marcovic johnson reina enrique etc.. its in owners hand to salvage our season now,,,not brendan anymore.18 games shud give anyone a real impression...
