BROKEN Promises Sign Policy... We need public SUPPORT yesterday!!! That requires as many signs out there, as possible!!! If the business decides to cancel their Chamber membership or NOT renew that is icing on the cake!!! In the time it takes to punish one business who does not resign form the COC you could have 100 signs hung in businesses who want to show public support. Those businesses become min-billboards for our cause. These signs educate Joe Public!!! Many Memphians think city employees have Cadillac insurance, but they don’t. They still dont know the city does not pay SS. They are not watching the news. They are NOT aware because they are not AFFECTED!!! It is OUR responsibility to get OUR message out!!! The Chamber spent 6 months telling untruths behind closed doors!!! They prepared for this battle quietly and secretly!!! We have to WAKE UP and get out of the choir!!! This city needs to be showered in signs just like during the FINAL FOUR!!! We NEED a WAVE of August MADNESS!!! We have to go PUBLIC and FRIENDLY!!! AGAIN, we need to do it YESTERDAY!!! **TICK TOCK!!!** Time is not our friend!!! I have discussed this strategy with the Unions & ACRE. They have these signs in their offices!!!
