BRONSON CHAMA RECALLED! Honour Janza has recalled Bronson Chama. The Chipolopolo boss has moved to replace the injured Nyambe Mulenga by recalling the 2013 Zambia Footballer of the Year. The Red Arrows centre back is joined on his return to the squad by former Green Buffaloes and now Angola based Lawrence Phiri. Janza has also summoned Zimbabwe based Aaron Katebe as he seeks solutions at the heart of the Zambia defence. The race to find fit again Chipolopolo skipper Stopilla Sunzus partner is on. The other central defenders chomping at the bit to win that race include Power Dynamos defender Chris Munthali (who has been recalled at Arthur Davies Stadium contrary to earlier reports of making a permanent switch to Nkana Stadium), his team mate the Under-20 Alex Mwamba, another Under-20 star Kayawe Kapota of Kafue Celtic, and Green Buffaloes captain Dennis Banda who partnered Sunzu at the 2007 Under-20 World Cup in Canada. The local players trained at the Los Heroes in Lusaka yesterday including the two defenders from abroad. Russia based magical midfielder Chisamba Lungu who has been in the country since injuring his wrist joined training too. The squad has two goalkeepers following the involvement in an accident of the outstanding Green Eagles goalkeeper Satchmo Chakawa who is it believed was on the verge of switching to Zesco United.
