BRONX TENANTS MARCH!! THIS SATURDAY AT 10:30AM. Take the D or 4 train to 170th street and meet at 1501 Jerome Avenue, at the corner of 172nd street. Lets make 2015 the Year of the Tenant! The New York State Rent Laws MUST be renewed by June of 2015. Lets be a part of the movement to STRENGTHEN these laws to protect tenants and ensure afforable housing for all of New York City & New York State.
