BROOKE ADAMS TESTIMONY I shared a post yesterday if you missed it our Pastors at Church (TLC) received a large amount of money. They decided to give the money to the people of TLC so that we could bless others! Heres how my act of kindness went. First I prayed and prayed to find the right person in need. Sunday after church I was going to go pick up a few groceries at Walmart but talked myself out of it.( It obviously wasnt the right day to go) Instead I went today as Im walking in I prayed please let me find the right person. I walked around like a woman on a mission with my son beside me. I looked around and didnt feel like I was getting anywhere. I said please dear God send this person to me. Then turned the corner was a familiar face of a couple that I knew from when I worked at Olan Mills they would bring their little baby in and never have the money to pay for any pictures, they would say we will be back when we talk to such and such to see if they will pay for some pictures. I know that they have never had a lot of money but I also found out more. When they seen me they smiled and waved I stopped them and told them the story of what our church was doing and the story behind it and in the envelop was money and our Church card. I told them that I had prayed and ask God to send me the right person to give this to and its a true blessing to give this to you . I handed it to the wife with her not knowing how much money I was giving her. She hugged me and said thank you. I went on and continued to do my shopping she came and found me and hugged me real tight and began to cry she told me that she had 5 prescriptions that she needed to have filled and hasnt had the money. Still in tears she said thank you again this will get them filled. Come to find out she has health problems and really needed this money to help her on getting her prescriptions filled . When I say prescriptions I dont mean nothing bad she has health problems and her insurance would not pay for the whole thing and she didnt have enough money to pay her copay. You never know what someone might be going through or what they are in need of just to be able to help someone out with the help of our church was amazing. It made my day!
